It would be nice if they made Super-Fiesta and just threw in the alt-variants of weapons from the campaign to make things interesting.

Yeah I’m not trying to spend all night doing Tenrai challenges again just so I can have that ever-filled juzu ball sack whatever thing for your chest. I’m good. I got all the main Tenrai stuff. I don’t need that weekly reward badly enough to suffer another Fiesta
I suppose if one of my friends hopped online and wanted to play, I’d probably play, but it’s not worth it to solo. I never see any of my friends list play Halo Infinite anymore, and I’m not playing it by myself for one item

It does mean that some people are playing again. It’s the first time in a while I get to play Infinite without heavy desync
I only play Fiesta, every single night. It’s what I enjoy and I don’t do any challenges or or events or battlepasses or whatever. I don’t even know how all that works. I just blow things and people up, it’s my jam.

Actually had to edit it, because I originally just called it the “ball sack chest thing” since I didn’t know what it was called, and realized that sounded pretty wrong lmao. I still have no idea what it’s supposed to be. It’s just some cloth sack thing filled with balls or whatever. Not really sure why I would want to wear it. Maybe it’s like some weird chest backpack sack

Not gonna lie, I’m done with the Event pass and I’m not even bothering to do Weekly for the Juzu chest attachment.
- Fiesta grind is boring
- The Juzu attachment isn’t even usable on anything but Yoroi armor
- I hate Yoroi armor and barely use it even after unlocking it
- The other chest attachments look way better than Juzu anyway
I’m just gonna play BTB once or twice a day and never touch this event.

If crosscore was unlocked I would be on everyday until I had it.
I might actually hop on for the first time in a couple weeks to get the ball sack chest yall speak of. I’ll be the only one with it since everyone else quit so at least I’ll stand out if I ever equip Yoroi again.

Once upon a time I liked fiesta as a fun little break here and there. Now that I have my stuff unlocked I pray to the Prometheans that I never have to load up Fiesta again.
I am really surprised that they did not do that (Well actually with their track record unfortunately I’m not but you know what I mean…) Seems like a no-brainer to me.
So from what I’ve gathered, 343 thinks an event is special because
- Event mini battle pass
- Special challenges for the event playlist
- Event related items added into the shop during the event
- Weekly reward is the theme of the event
- A small event trailer/commercial
I mean, technically you could look at that on paper and say “we checked the boxes, the event items are everywhere!”
But it doesn’t really feel exceptionally eventful, no pun intended. And once you finish the event pass even less so.
Other games change the menu look, music, have special maps, change the current maps, introduce entire new characters, have special weapons and/or weapon skins… Infinite has A LOT of catching up to do for these to match other established games.
