I have been trying to play Fiesta for a little now. It seems to be the only game where you can actually play a few games without encountering a bug with the matchmaking. The issue is I keep getting stuck with the same guns every life. It’s always the worst guns in the game. Alien sniper that even with headshots take 3 shots to actually maybe kill someone, pistols and plasma pistol. I RARELY get any power weapons. Something isn’t right. If I do get a power weapon it is with SECONDS left in the match. WTF am I supposed to do with that? Please fix the algorithm that decides what weapons you get. It seems some people will get back to back swords, rockets, gravity hammers. Would love to be that person… maybe I could actually get kills without getting absolutely F’ed by a rocket accrossed map. This game need serious work. ALSO add more event challenges. I am already done with all event challenges and its 4 days left till its over. How am I supposed to complete it if you don’t give me any more challenges.
#1 you’re just as likely as anyone else in the game to get a power weapon or a plasma pistol. Maybe you’re just unlucky.
#2 tenrai even comes out every month for a week at the beginning of the month. You’re not supposed to complete the whole thing in one week
Weird. I’ve put in over 200 games and its the same thing… the algorithm needs work for sure! It’s becoming to common to get terrible guns for it not to be fixed. For the event I get that you shouldn’t be able to beat it in a week. But if you miss an event or part of an event like I did and a few others I’m sure had to, you are unable to complete it.
It’s far more likely that you are just noticing more when you get bad weapons AND by design there are less power weapons in the sandbox than power weapons so no matter what you’re never going to feel like you spawning with good weapons more that 25-50% of the time.
Either way. This game is borderline garbage and just about unplayable with the bugs and issues with it. if something isn’t adjusted and soon I’m uninstalling it. Once I complete all the weekly challenges I’ll likely hang it up until they send out an update. Too many hackers, too many bugs. I’d rather not have to restart my game every 3 matches because they can’t figure out where I am in their process. I’m a game developer myself and this is absolutely terrible. They should have pushed out release if they didn’t have it together.
I truly feel bad for all the people running into so many issues with the game.
I play on a series x and get the rare bit of lag and desync. BTB is busted for everyone but other than that the game runs pretty flawlessly for me. I just wish they’d fix the lame challenge system and the store
I’m on a series x as well. They didn’t have these issues before official release. When they released MP only everything was great. It was nostalgic. I use to play halo 2 and 3 a lot! Those were great. The games that followed have been terrible. Once they released campaign the game broke. Campaign was good though. No complaints there!
