How come you cant play rumble pit with friends, one of the most fun playlists cant be played with friends

im confused as well. make it so you can play with friends on rumble pit since rank is not effected. And add a lone wolves ranked playlist like in halo 3 (possibly in h4 and h5 as well) I’ve just been out of the game but love halo infinite and im back but confused why there aren’t a lot more playlist variants to choose from (i.e. ranked ffa, ranked snipers, team snipers, team duos, ranked duos, infection, gravity ball, rocket race!, ranked tactical (BRs weighted heavily) team tactical, ranked slayer (slayer only), ranked arena (keep it the same)

I agree. You can play rumble pit with friends in MCC and you should be able to play in infinite. Last Man Standing should also allow you to play with friends imo. Infinite also really needs ranked FFA and more ranked playlists in genral. The population is currently low partially due to the fact that there is nothing to play except 1 ranked arena playlist and social arena. The population would be higher if there were more ranked and social playlists.
Also 343 wants to release playlists with battlepasses and seasons to get people to come back and play and make money. This tactic to get people to come back and spend money doesn’t work well because people will move on and find better games to play instead with more and consistent content.
They don’t allow it due to people abusing it to team up, use third party tools so they can communicate even though they’re not suppose too. Doing it for challenges perhaps as well.
The way around it is custom games. Should be all fine and dandy there.
