So Majestic Map pack is out, and finally we have infinity rumble, but you have to pay for the F****** thing.
I refuse to buy this. I will not pay for something that came on the game at launch with every other Halo game previous to this one (except ODST and Wars of course…)
What does everyone else think? Bogus, or what?
Buy it for the maps. The maps are definitely worth the points. FFA is just a bonus.
You’re seriously missing out not getting the maps. They’re the best in years. Either way I thought they were going to have an infinity rumble playlist where the new maps were not required.
It’s more than a bonus to me. Rumble pit, Lone Wolves, FFA, what ever you want to call it, is my favorite game type. The maps are the bonus for me. And while I do want it, I can’t justify spending 10 bucks on a GAME TYPE when really should have just come with the game in the first place.
I’ve been waiting for it since day 1 and 343 had to go make it available only in some ridiculously priced DLC to make a quick buck…
Until now the only FFA has been Regicide and I REALLY don’t care for that. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had the most kills but still lose because some other player has more regicides than me.
It really blows my mind.
I already paid $60 for the game, which is ridiculous from the start.
Choices my friend. In life we have to make them. You choose to not spend extra money for additional content. Therefore you choose to wait. I’m sure there will be normal infinity rumble at some point. If it makes you feel any better, it’s really fun.

FFA is soon to come for everyone. They just finished a big forge entry contest for FFA maps.
I’m sure in the next couple weeks there will be a another forge maps playlist for FFA and then a permanent FFA list.
All seriousness though the new maps are good. The free for all is just a bonus.
You never know though. complaining, cursing, and throwing a tantrum on the forums could speed up the process already mapped out.
Yeah, you shouldn’t have to pay for FFA, its a main playlist in halo and now 343 are forcing people to pay for it?

Infinity Rumble being tied to Majestic is only temporary. It will be made available to all soon.

I am calm. The use of language was just to show I’m a little angry. I wouldn’t call it a tantrum either, but then again, it’s hard read people through text that only serves as dialog.
Maybe I should add a narrative to all my posts so they don’t come across the wrong way, lol.
Also…is it confirmed to be coming out for everyone? Or are you people just saying that to calm me down (As apparently I came across a little hostile, lol).

It’ll be implement eventually…the map pack was their way of rolling it out since all 3 maps were cqc.
They wanted to give u regicide first since it was there new baby. FFA will be added as its own playlist eventually with other maps (probably forge) along with majestic if everyone has it in the lobby.

Not really their NEW baby…just Bungie’s baby all grown up. But I know what you mean.
Rather than spend $10 on the Majestic Map pack, I spent my $10 on Halo 3 during the Ultimate Game Sale. Social Slayer in Halo 3 is still excellent.

It takes me about twenty minutes just to find a match in that playlist because no one plays the game anymore.
