FFA - 6 player vs 8 player, which do you prefer?

I personally think 6 player FFA has significantly improved the game.

Now there seems to be always 1 or 2 dominant players where as before there was always chaos and anyone could win.

I won only 10% of my games in 8 player FFA, now I’m winning most of them because I’m not constantly getting spawn killed or shot from multiple angles, and I’m destroying fools in 1v1’s. LOL!

But anyway, do you prefer it as 8 player or 6 player?

I definitely prefer 6 too.

oh… free for all… I dunno why I was thinking teams.

it reminded me of our Halo CE days when we would play a lot if 3v3 ctf.

6 players can really work and provide interesting dynamics as teams cant pair off.

I liked 8 players better, but I’m fairly certain I’m in the minority there. I understand the issues the higher player count creates, but I always kinda liked the chaos.

6 is a lot better, less chaos more gameplay

i prefer 6 with top 3 getting the win like it was back in Lone wolves Halo 3 style. i hate FFAs where they reward the only 1 player even when it was close. its like you put in all that effor to get 24 of 25 but you might as well of got 2/25 if they arent going to reward you with win for being the top 3.

Agreed. Top 3 should get the win.
