I hate to beat this subject to death, but I am still displeased with the wait to respawn in firefight. In a time sensitive game, making us wait that long is ridiculous. There have been numerous times where the entire team is waiting for what feels like forever to respawn while the timer is quickly ticking down. I know some people love it, “just get better” , “dont die in later rounds” etc…Just hoping for some change.
It should be 15-20 MAX. Not 30. And people saying “Well don’t die in the first place” Yeah, so easy when you have 15+ knight commanders with tracking incin cannons raining hellfire down upon everything you have with pinpoint accuracy.
Yeah this 30 respawn ais atrocious especially when the later rounds send in one hit kill enemies en’masse it should just be 5 flat everytime
Hopefully, it will be adjusted in the next update.

I think 15-20 is still waaaaaaay too much.
Standard respawns with restrictions on REQ energy build up. That way people aren’t spending half their game time staring at respawn screens but they also can’t insta respawn ultra banshees either.
I like the idea. However what I really want is the ability for my SPARTAN to do an orbital insertion in an SOEIV over an enemy position to compensate for the long respawn time! Like ground pound, but with more bang for your buck!

I’m fairly certain this will not be adjusted in the next update, since it was a very disliked thing in the beta, and nothing was done then. And it was actually less respawn time then if I remember correctly Take the respawn timer, and the fact that you typically spawn far from the objective, and you have two major complaints that were never addressed. This actually prevents me from playing warzone much.
I fail to see how a 30 second respawn timer is even fair play in a mode like this, “oh well it adds a challenge.” -bad word- off, no it doesn’t, it just wastes your time and annoys the -bad word- out of you, it’s asinine! All in all WZFF is anything BUT challenging, the only real challenge is killing the warden/deacon, everything else is just piled on bs!
I would rather lose points than wait to respawn…
Seeing as I die 3> times in a game it wouldn’t affect me personally.
Well we definitely need to be more vocal about it to send 343 the message they need to reduce the respawn penalties, if not out right remove them altogether so it’s just a flat 5 to 10 second timer. This is probably the only thing keeping Warzone FF from being the best iteration of FF yet.
