Do the gold packs rotate, so if i win another ten games for example i will unlock another 5? Or is it just a one off?
No. They’re just commendation rewards.

I think they’re just one-offs.
As well as getting them for the 1/3/10 wins I did getsome for completing the new Firefight commendations as well though 
Look at the commendations for firefight in ‘gamemodes’ you’ll see as you go along.
