So I don’t know if it’s just me but when I equip a female voice in infinite my spartan still grunts just like the male voices do when they melee or die. It’s not a make or break but It bothers me alittle because I chose a female voice but it still sounds male.

I had a glitch happen where I chose a female voice, only for it to be a male one in multiplayer two matches after setting it.
my guess is because the characters are actually all male, with different levels of fat. hence the bug left behind.
I suspect it will be a bug, likely defaulting to the first voice option available when the game cannot locate the correct audio files. It is also possible that the files are missing in the current “beta” build and will be included in later builds. Have you submitted a support ticket on the support site?
Hopefully they will expand upon the voice options in general, if our multiplayer avatars are going to speak now. I’d like to hear a greater range of voices and more accents.
I had that too, it was a little surprising to hear my lady Spartan suddenly sound male.
I imagine it’s probably a bug that fingers crossed will be fixed in due time.
