Not that players notice that often. I changed my friends character to a female and it took him about 3 months to notice. He didn’t even pick up on the female voice everytime he died. It took another mate to say “your Spartan has a nice butt” before he checked and noticed the change.
Halo Reach female Spartans had extreme body design, I also read somewhere that it would be absurd to have that curved back figure due to spinal distortion.
