I’ve noticed that there are some female spartan voices in vs Bots, so I wondered if they added like a gender option for spartans similar to in Halo Reach but its still the body type selector which barely has a difference between them.
I’m not sure if this is going to be a feature at launch, but are we going to be able to get female spartans?
This has probably been asked plenty of times already, but just curious.

It has been asked, and no real answer. Just pick the skinny body type and call it female. I don’t think 343 will be spending the effort to create gender specific armors (more work for not really more money)
Spartan IV’s are tanks.
They gave you guys another female spartan who is a commander… First you had Palmer who was “large and in charge” and now we have the new female minority commander to appease the new wave.
It’ll probably be tied to the voice of your Spartan and the body type will be how buff or skinny you want your specific gender to be. So female Spartans don’t have to be strictly skinny and you can a super buff one instead which I think is pretty cool. As much as I love some cake on my Spartans I’ll admit that it’s not very realistic or tactical. In truth, you wouldn’t even notice things like that under all that armor and gear anyway.
There are more feminine body options, and female voices will be selectable at launch.
