Parangosky is a 90+ year old woman and Noami is a Spartan-II. I doubt either would be an antagonist. Besides, there are bigger evils lurking about.

I’d expect Commander Sarah Palmer to play a role in Spartan Ops. Could be she and Chief may not get along and there is tension. Though Chief would suck it up since he’s career military.

In any case, whether a Precursor or Forerunner or human or whatever, I’d like a female antagonist. Beyond Parangosky, but then again, she’s the head of ONI, and ONI sucks too hard for words.
