Fellow memebers of the halo community,

Simply put, bashing will get us nowhere.

So there are many threads going around discussing peoples opinions. While discussing is the nice way to put it, it is really a lot worse than that. While i am not sayng anything against anyones opinion in this thread, i am going to say this; Rather than posting one hundred different threads discussing everyones opinions in which no one can agree on, we need to work toghether.

If we really want to make a difference, we need to put ours aside. Because if we are flaming eachother twenty four seven, we are showing two things. One, that we are not worth listening too. And two: that we are incapable of coming to any logical conclusion.

We need to make one, large thread discussing the opinions and ideas for the game. That means everyone from every community. Not just elites, not just competitive. Everyone. We have to work toghether if we are going to change anything.

It might already be too late. We may be too late to change anything in the game/ But that doesnt mean we cant change the future halo.

I whatever thread we choose to be our master thread of opinions and discussions, we shoudl have two things. Everyones opinion matters, so please no flaming. Secondly, if you are going to share your opinion, back it up with discussible ideas. Dont just say “I dont like______.” give us reasons why you dont like it.

If we want to make a difference, we have to work toghether. Bashing and flaming gets us nowhere. If we want this game to be how we want it, communication, good discussion and support is vital.

Lets show that we can make a difference,

While this thread is good and its a nice attempt it will not work. I have frequented bungie forum and these to know that the fanbase we closely are like is sonics. All these complaints remind me of Sonic 4 complaints. When will we eclipse sonics fanbase and be worse?

Hi Nav, see you’re still disagreeing with me. Not sure why you ae disagreeing with an idea that could get you some of the itmes you want, or help shape the game in a way you would like it (Even if this may only help for halo 5)

But now i just think you have a grudge on me, something against me, or just like disagreeing with me… Too bad.

My geuss, halo 6. People have been getting worse and worse each halo game. Before halo 6 comes out, this place will be in -Yoink!- stiuation. Those for the changes will be hunted down and murdred…

JK of course, but it will get bad.

Honestly, from what I have seen from this forum, I wouldn’t be surprised if this forum wasn’t one of the main forums for getting fan/user/ input on the game.

Which is why we need to work toghether. People flame so often on these forums that we arent worth listening to. Most of us show that we cant even respec one anothers opinion enough to simply debate it with them.

However, if we can work toghther and put our differences aside, we can change that.

Tho there are a lot of things I disagree with, like the fact that Halo is a sinking ship, and or is dead, and that it’s turning into COD. I do agree that the fact that the community does nothing but bicker with it’s self that it really wouldn’t suprise me if they don’t listen to the community. There are features in Halo right now that was added because the community demanded change of something, and guess what, it happened, and now other people and the same people are complaining about it.

Also, even tho this is the official Halo forums, this isn’t the whole community, there are community members on other forums who don’t want to even be on the same forum with the general Halo community because of the way they act. Hell, I feel like I don’t want to be here any more because of some of the newer members joining. But I’m not leaving because I’m stubborn and a few people told me to leave the forums.

But hey, if you do strongly feel that Halo is dead and gone, then what’s the point of you being here? To convince every one else that you’re right and we’re wrong? What use would that do?

I shared these links in another thread but here is what we have to look forward too, the only silver lining is if sonics fanbase gets better.

I am not compeltely certain that this has anything to do with this thread. I do not recall saying halo is dead and gone anywhere up there.

This is basically the oposit of what i am trying to say. I am trying to get people to get along with one antother so that we can all post our ideas and opinions. I made this so we can work toghether to change the game… The last part appears as though you are trying to start a flame fest…

im totally with you silent. If we halo players wanted a i.e classic halo the bitchng and yeling t 343 isn’t going to get us it. We need reasons and back the reasoning behind it.

the new things their implementing on the game are’t terrible however not great additions to the halo world either. BUT we dealt with reach Im sure some of us can handle this.

I understand that they want to appeal to a more casual crowd because truth be told casuals outrank us vets by far.

Its a sad thing to see such great game play thrown out.

However I could care less if 343 wants to add in every single thing from a COD game thats their choice its their game.

All i ask is please please make a playlist withcore halo 3ish settings
no aa’s
no sprint
camo/OS on maps
power weapons on map

ect ect you get what Im saying

play list

BTB
team slayer
multi team 2v2v2v2

heck that would do right there

but this will not happen if all these people do is keep yelling and crying and moaning about the nasty things being brought in. We all need to straighten our heads and stick together on this.

I actually made one twenty minutes ago (didn’t see this thread before I posted, though mine was for discussion of the new features and changes. Already got buried. I guess people just don’t want to keep everything in one thread.

Exactly. They spend so much time complaining about what thy dont want, btu they dont give any reason for what they do want. How is anyone supposed to reach a logcal solution with that?

Your too late, nothing is going to change, besides small things that can be changed with updates. Deal with it. This isn’t another ME3 ending revolution. We got a few minutes of some -Yoinking!- vague gameplay, and now your starting up this -Yoink-? Practically nothing is confirmed. Get that into your thick mind. None of us know how the game plays yet. You’re not going to change anything.

I am not sorry to rain on your parade. This isn’t a Disney movie, you’re not changing anything. I hate these stupid revolution type threads.

We mis one hundred percent of the shots we never take bud. And i know the game is practically finished. There are title updates, there is Halo 5 and six. Does this necesarily mean we cant at least give them ideas for those games? And i am not talking about a revolution ok? I am talking about people simply working toghether to actually generate ideas. I am in no way saying lets overhtrough the company.

Jesus, really? I cant ask the community to work toghter before i get -Yoinking!- judged for it? I know all this for christs sake. I know its unlikely that nothing will change. I like the gameplay i see for jesus christ. i know how little we have seen of it. I am in no -Yoinking!- way judging the game so back the -Yoink- off.

I am not trying to start a revolution. I am asking the community memeber to show what we want out of halo 4. I am not saying “Hey, lets band toghter and pverthrow 343.”

Does that necesarily mean we cant shape future halo games ina way everyone will like and enjoy?

PS: I am sorry for getting so angry, but you really, really pissed me off. Everything you posted above is completely inaccurate and wrong. I am really sorry. I usually dont get this anrgy, but come on! I am one of the people who has been defending the game, and so when you come up with this… Well, you saw what hapened.

Sorry for getting so angry, but what you posted was a direct attack on me. That is the oppostie of what i am trying to get us to do.
