Forerunner decides they needed to upgrade already made flying vehicle made by banshee to make there own vehicle, and so they borrowed arts from various destroyed vehicles on the planet that still work and made the most ugliest thing in the world, but it was quite powerful as it was equipped with forerunner incineration turrets and the scorpion tank…
