Some matches feel fair and the gameplay is fairly good, but most matches I feel cheated, whether it be the spawning directly infront of an enemy when I get a power weapon and getting assassinated or being put on the team of potato brained 2 year olds with mics on. I just can’t shake the feeling i’m being purposely hated on by the game itself. Would this game be better if rated M?
This game definitely would’ve been better with an M rating, but the T rating does help boost populations a bit and also, obviously, earns 343 some more money.
And is there a way to permanently mute all mics? Wtf. Too many idiots making noise. I literally resort to plugging in my Mic and leaving it dangling on mute so I don’t hear all the morons.

As a European player, this is my biggest issue. I’m quitting playing from tonight because it’s mostly unplayable for me.

Start a party and you won’t be able to hear anyone in game chat.

Couldn’t agree more but “lag” isn’t the problem, it’s latency. It’s the fact that Eu players are connected to a US server 1000’s of miles away while the US players are much much closer, resulting in the issues you and all other EU players have, whether they realise it or not lol. They think latency is just rubber banding etc when in reality it’s much more than that.
The worst bit is, i see the occasional EU player saying" I’m in EU and i don’t lag", little do they know that’s exactly the kind of ignorance 343 is counting on, if someone’s not playing at a competitive level, or don’t have the experience/knowledge of how latency, ping and networking work, they think it’s fine. Fortunately a lot of us do know when we’re being fed BS and there’s multiple threads on the topic, the largest of which is around 1300 posts long but i can’t see 343 fixing it.
