First off, my background is in Level Design and Programming, so since we’re on completely opposite sides of game development, don’t try to take my comments too hard.
Some of the modeling is great, some of it is a bit basic. The concept art is good for the first ones with the Chinese theme, but the faces at the end aren’t the best IMO. Also, some of your grammar around the site is incorrect, which is one of the things that’ll immediately turn away any potential employers.
Like I said, I know little about the artistic side of games, so don’t feel like I’m just ripping you.
