So let me start off with I love INFINITE so far. I have had a HALO void in my heart for some time and this beta is just what I needed to fill it. Now onto the serious side of this. I have played for about 3 days so far and the game feels really good. Movement is nice don’t really have any complaints, flow is great it feels very smooth. Combat is also good minus every now and then a headshot won’t register and a punch won’t land even though I know I am in range and his/her shields are down, not the end of the world (Alot less trading deaths compared to previous Halo PVPs) Customization is also great, very Reach like which is amazing but for example I hope all the Reach armor is put into the game. I understand that this is the beta but if MCC had all of the options to change your spartan around I hope it’s put into Infinite. I hope that they also add all the game modes and playlists back into the game. Swat, Infected, Super Fiesta, ETC. This only playlists swapping every week is getting old and very annoying. Let us have all the game modes and just pick what we want to play. My first hate is going to be on the color system. Just let me pick my colors. The destiny shader system sucks balls. I have always been able to pick my colors, let me pick my colors. Also the emblem editor is terrible in my opinion, hardly any emblems are in the game and its weird to me because we have been using the same ones for the past 20 years. Let pick my colors not choose from presets and let me have all of the emblems. All of that being said I think this game has great potential and I am greatly looking forward to it… The major turnoff, downside, game killer, buzz kill is the EXP system. Only way to progress the battle pass is challenges??? No sir. No. I hate to say this but COD has the battle pass progression system perfect in my mind. Make it so that I earn EXP based on how I played during the match which goes into my battle pass level and then if I so happen to complete a challenge then let me have more EXP. Reach has already perfected this. Copy and paste that -Yoink!-. Rant over. I understand that this is the beta and alot can change and or be added, I look forward to the full release of the game.
