Playing MCC I’ve realized how useful the Zoom In/Zoom Out hotkey combination is since I usually use Zoom/Scope on Toggle instead of hold.
Current Behavior:
- (On Hold) Zoom in on “key/click” down, Zoom Out on “key/click” up. - (On Toggle) Zoom in on “key/click” toggle, Change Zoom Level on Second “key/click” toggle, Zoom Out on Third “key/click” toggle.The problem with this is that whenever you have a multi-zoom/scope level weapon like the sniper you need to quick-swap weapons or zoom in twice to zoom out.
Desirable/Proposed Behavior:
- (On Hold) Unchanged. - (On Toggle) Be able to choose between: - Change Zoom Magnification only with Zoom Level Hotkey and use the Zoom Hotkey only for Toggling it.
- Keep current behavior and add a Zoom On, Zoom Off Hotkey, like in Halo: MCC.
Could be a useful feature to have in this game as well.
