Fed up with disappearing REQ pack awards

Anyone else has post-battle REQ Pack awards just not appear?

Twice in two days now I’ve completed Warzone Firefight, it shows the 2 REQ awards in the post-battle screen and yet they DON’T appear in my Open REQ screen, ever.

These should be the Daily Win packs right?

Really am losing faith here, it is not enjoyable when it loses hard earned awards like this. What’s the point?

I’ve had that happen once, and I was easily able to spot what I got out of that pack.
