Already a new season and the nonsense just loves to grow. If people want to quit games that’s fine. If people want to join games and not do anything about objectives that’s fine too. Oh wait, you mean it’s not fine? Ahhh so where’s 343i’s head at? Getting out in games where I’m forced to do objectives because my teammates refuse to? Why I have to hold up my team because they refuse to do anything about it? This is what February season is looking like I see. Well I’m glad to know that my ranking this month will be nasty because of the wonderful community of people I get paired up with. Awesome.

Just do what naded does and keep making new accounts & leveling them to champ in solo queue, you get a new chance to place high every time

Play Warzone, use your mic, find people of similar skill level and go tear up arena. It’s simple.
Add them and over time you’ll have a few dozen people to try and team up with.

Haha. Have to be pretty good to get away with playing like that.
So, the fact that you have teammates leaving has anything to do with the new season? People leave the game wether they’re in promo’s or not. They can’t see if you’re doing your promo matches. Like some people said, go into war zone and add 5-10 people over time and you will always have somebody to play with…

Formal got champ one yesterday after he finished his cod league games he pushed for champ one.

The problem is not that everyone wants to talk or party up with people. I’ll unmuted my headset if my team really needs someone to talk the leader role but for the most part I’m quietly playing Team Arena because my friends are playing other games and don’t want to play Halo, their fireteam is full or playing Warzone, or they simply aren’t on.
Heres an idea play with friends and you wouldn’t have this problem, use your mic as well to communicate. Sounds more like a personal problem to me.
