We’re getting more than one gametype in the next update (which I expected, since I was expecting disappointment). We’ll get Assault (Neutral), which is pretty much the basic Assault. And we’re also getting Grifffball and Fiesta, so that’ll add a lot of fun diversity to what Halo currently offers.
But the best news in the update is that there’ll be some really good Custom Game options for Assault. Good enough, in fact, to create Ricochet and Oddball out of it, and to allow multiple arm zones.
Now I’d really love it if we could tie scripting to bomb explosions in specific arm zonez and have parts of the map collapse, so that you won’t be able to access them. That way you’d have to blow up one of each arm zone rather than the same one three times. That could be really cool.

Do we know if the ball options allow the recreation of head hunter type games?
