Whilst interesting, I haven’t heard anything about this, and I’m doubtful they’d spring it on us with no notice either as it seems like a better thing to hype than the Timmy Helmet.

No the only armor that’s coming out or at least has any true word from 343 that’s coming out is the classic helemts which are 10 bucks or 150k req points

Nope. You have to grind req points or buy it with your money apparently.
The community update this week gave us a definitive answer.
> The Classic Helmet REQ Pack will be available for $9.99 from the Marketplace Store or in-game for 150K RP. Best of all, all nine classic helmets will be exclusively available in the one, single REQ Pack. Get hyped, only one week to go!
Looks like they will just be available via a special req pack. Rather disappointing in my opinion.

Absolutely. When the helmets were originally announced, I expected six of them to come from Mythic Warzone Firefight. Win a match on all six maps to unlock six of them and the other three could have been something else but they decided the REQ route

It seems that was originally the plan, but they’ve been reduced to their own specific REQ pack.

Proof for that?
It would have been nice to have challenges. A tip to help you grind for the pack is just play Mythic WZFF. You get about 3000-5000 RP per game, win or lose.
