Can you get the armour, emblems, stances etc that are included in the Memories of Reach pack in regular gold/silver packs?

I really like what I’ve seen, but I’m poor at the moment and can’t afford to pay the price for the pack! So I’m hoping they’re available in regular REQ packs?
