What happened to changing up the Featured playlists? Seems only the most recently added playlists become featured and stay that way for several weeks. Would be nice to start changing up what playlist are featured again. I speak for most but there are other playlists that have been around for awhile that people enjoy rather then recently added ones…
Also return of double xp weekends please, me and few other Halo players would like to get the max rank of 152 before Halo 6 comes out.
The double xp was part of the halo summer celebration. It might come back this summer but we don’t know yet.

Double XP shouldn’t be added just because you and your friends want it. it was only for the summer weekends, if you play the game then you’ll get 152.
The featured playlists have double XP in them as far I as I know so you can get it every day of the week.

That’s what I thought, but I wasn’t sure since I often don’t play the featured playlists, more often than not its not a playlist I am in the mood for lol.

You can play Mythic Warzone Firefight on the weekends. I think it has better XP payouts than heroic and Legendary Warzone Firefight, but keep in mind its harder than those two modes and only available on the weekends.

Yes I’ve been wondering about this for a while for helping with gaining ranks, exp when I’m in the 149-152 would help, it certainly would be a gd excuse to farm the exp over the weekend.

A lot of us want it, I honestly don’t care if the holidays are on or not…I just want to make the 152 less tiresome.
I see no downside of double XP weekends. Incentivizes people to play the game without hurting other players. I will say, double REQ point weekends are not something I’d support.

Never said anything about “my friends” wanting this, speaking for myself and the players of the game. I realize the double xp was a summer weekend deal but doesnt mean they cant change it up. I play the game as much as i can, sometimes life gets in the way of how much time you can devote.
Now thats out of the way, featured playlist rotation / double xp would help players with the limited time they have to play the game.
I’m not on about ranking up, SR148 is my endmark and then I’m done. If they could do me one favor and bring back the HWC2016 REQ pack…

Sure double exp should be more of a common thing, sure it would be helpful.

Just because someone has had more free time, can tolerate the endless grind…does not mean the rest of should be punished for it. Keep playing?, sure except the game turns into a grind, isn’t fun. If this was a gd Halo in the series then I wouldn’t mind but grinding 152 feels too much like a chore. Also there is literally no harm in others getting exp faster so it makes no sense why you want to force it on others.

If you play the H3 playlist which is featured, you can get 3-4K XP in games that last around 8-10 minutes without a boost. You can play a Fiesta game with the same amount of time and only get around 1K XP without a boost, so I think it does have double XP.

Sure but I usually get more just playing Warzone Firefight, sometimes I can tolerate it in Firefight pvpve or BTB. Not a fan of Fiesta or H3 throwback playlist in H5 since I just find them unplayable plus I’d rather play H3 instead of the awkward playlist. Plus when double exp weekend is on…I could be getting 20k per match, sure it’s not the fastest but it’s less stressful than dealing with the awful pvp.

Well if this was a gd Halo then it wouldn’t be a problem…but it isn’t so the xp grind is the only keeping me going with H5 until H6.

152 is for the dedicated players, it shouldn’t be made easier to get just because its too hard for the more casual players

Except ‘casual’ fans aren’t the only ones sick of the grind. I’m level 149 and I could do with as many as double exp weekends as I can get…it makes zero whatsoever why you assume only casual players want this, no it wouldn’t make it easier.
It’s already gone beyond ridiculous when it comes to grinding for exp. All being 152 proves is that you have had more free time, has absolutely nothing to do with being a ‘dedicated player’…because anyone can say they are.

The grind for 152 is pretty stupid tbh. I got it before double XP was a thing and it took around 60 days of play time. Rank means nothing though and all you get is an ugly emblem.
I wish they’d bring back warzone turbo and make it double XP with no mmr for a weekend. The game needs something to boost the population

So the ones with more free time are the ones who get 152, there shouldn’t be any shortcut. I made 152, while still going to school and playing a sport. (the half way point for 152 is 1mil xp into 150)
So there’s people who are sick of the grind to 152, but yet want Double XP whatever to come back so they can continue grinding to 152? They’re sick of the grind to 152 and the only cure is to make it to 152… I suppose it takes a truly dedicated person to make 152 a goal, then want said goal to be made easier for them because it’s too much of grind, but still continue to grind for it in spite of being sick of it.
If that’s not true dedication, then I don’t know what is.
