City lights: Points of warmth shining in the cold, hushed darkness, signifying life. Each of them the mark of a human soul, living its life in this city.

I’d like to be able to save current loadouts of armor pieces and colors into loadouts. I have the same request for weapon color/emblem loadouts and vehicle color/emblem loadouts. I imagine going into an armor core and having a new option for something like “Loadouts”, and it would either have simply “1”, “2”, “3” or the option for me to name them. There would be a similar option when I go into my weapon list and vehicle list. When I highlight option 2, my core would show everything equipped to that loadouts, and I could choose to equip it.

The reason I want this and thing other people would as well is because I really enjoy a variety of the armor pieces and colors my cores. I periodically switch around many of the attachments and colors to try on new sets to see if I like them, or to go between preferred sets of armor/colors. The problem is when I want to go from one whole set to another, I need to look through all the armor slots (colors, shoulders, knee pads, helmets, ect) and put them back on 1 by 1. I know I can favorite attachments/colors/emblems, but that still requires many clicks and selections which takes a good bit of time. The same is true for if it is true for weapons and vehicles.

For example, I have purchased every weapon color set (like the all purple set) from the shop, and it’s fun to have all the weapons feature a certain color. But I have a variety of other awesome colors that only apply to single weapons. Needing to open every weapon to change its color and it’s color every time takes a bit of time away from my actual gaming.

I’m curious to see if anyone else here as any additional thought on this.

It would be neat to at least have presets saved in the way that utilizes “kits” better.

My only concern is that it might impact the overall performance of the title on a match by match basis. It would most likely be a “one and done” case at the beginning of the match where you choose what kit you’d want to equip as changing on the fly would put a lot of strain on model/texture streaming, memory, and/or save files.

Overwatch implemented this similarly later on in its release, but due to massive memory/storage/network impact you’re only able to choose the skin that you want within the first 30 seconds of a match.

That makes sense, thanks for your input. Selecting skin loadouts while the game is finding players would be great. Even if I needed to do load an armor set between games (like how it works now when you want to change anything) would still save a ton of time for a player going through all armor parts.
