I purchased the 1 Year of XBox Live Gold with Feather Skull, and plugged in the code got the confirmation that I’m now the owner of the Feather Skull, but when loading up Halo MCC it isn’t there! I’ve tried resetting and still don’t have access to the feather Skull. Please Help!

I purchased the 12 month GOLD with Feather Skull, after entering in the code it read “Halo Feather ready to play” when I loaded Halo MCC it was not in my skulls list. Please help!
