For me, it has to be either Keyes or The Library. Both do an absolutely fantastic job at illustrating the development of their featured characters - Keyes trying to stop the Flood from assimilating his memories really brought back the horror factor of the Flood, and 343GS going a bit mad talking about how he would have done things differently.

For me it was Keyes or the secret 11th terminalThe terminals were really well done and I hope that style stays with the Halo 4 terminals.
By far Keyes because if you read The Flood, that entire terminal experience is boosted to god tier levels.
Of course, i love the fact that the 10th terminal is extremely foreboding. Right before the Didact symbol appears, the stars in the sky and the nebula disappear in such a creepy way…not to mentioning during this, Guilty Spark subtly mentions that humanity would prefer the Flood over facing The Didact and his Prometheans.
Also; dat 11th terminal. Glad to see 343 tie up some lose ends for Halo 2. Check it out if you haven’t seen it.
One of my favourite things about the 11th Terminal was (you might laugh?) the way the Halo exploded in the exact same way it did in the actual cutscene. I thought that the attention to detail poured into the Terminals was astoundingly well done.

Same, no one else does this terminals like 343 does. At least not on the consoles. The attention to detail is just insane. You are right about this.
lol Installation 04 got wrecked no matter which game depicts it.
My favorite terminal is the 5th one that mysterious race that crash landed on installation 04 and with the multiple hints that they will make another appearance in halo 4 i feel they are the ancient evil.
Oh, the “Keyes” level terminal! It was the best!
Keyes or the one on The Maw. Both were pretty awesome and well done.

I forgot about that terminal. I want answers to that now, but I don’t think they are the ancient evil. The crashed on the ring and not Requiem, after all.
Terminal 10 and Terminal 11 are my personal favorites.
I liked the 11th Terminal.
