Hi, I was wondering what people generally say to be the best sight(s). I personally prefer recon (The Battle rifle sight) as I like how it means you can still be fairly aware, but it increases the range and helps out with getting headshots, but that’s just my personal preference. My least favourite sights are the projection sight (The assault rifle sight) as it is completely useless, it improves your range by about half a metre it seems, and it has no utility whatsoever, my other least favourite sight is the longshot, which is the DMR sight, and I just don’t like how it takes up all of your screen and you have no awareness of anything while you’re scoped in. There is one thing I was wondering about the Longshot sight, does it increase your range? I know that you can increase your range via having a long barrel, or reduce the spread slightly with laser targeter, but does the Longshot give you further range compared to the default assault rifle sight? Please share your thoughts.

When you have a red reticle, the COG optic displays the remaining health (and shielding) of an enemy / vehicle.
Ah, by the way, I love to use the Sentinel Scope for its additional zoom level, and the Projection Sight is great for close quarters.
I don’t use the AR’s often, but I do have a favorite.
I like Longshot on my AR because it helps me see a little better for the engagements where I’m not quite far enough away for BR. That’s the only sight-variant on AR that I use.
The Recon/default BR sight… also dig the Magnum zoom.
Straight up Sentinel for me, but I like to keep my distance.
Long shot is my fav with cog being second
I find longshot a bit too restricting, as I said, I love the recon sight because it doesn’t restrict your view as much, I have actually never used the sentinel sight, but I have seen it being used, I currently have no loadout weapons with sentinel. My Favourite loadout without power weapons is a BR with the default sight and a silencer and either an SMG with Long barrel and Recon, or an AR with a recon sight and stabilisation jets or a silencer, plus I like to have level 2 active camo. But normally if I have that instead or the AR/SMG I’ll probably go with the Answer.

Recon all the way! I normally use Recon with any weapon. I just use the Long Barrel with the DMR so I have increased awareness when compared to Longshot and I can keep up with their scope range. Also, I believe the Long Scopes increase Red Reticle Range (RRR,) but that’s only when it’s scoped. Long Barrel gives you increased RRR even when descoped. Hope I was helpful! 
Cogs obviously awesome and I also really like hybrid for the battle rifle, it just feels more open
COG sights are my favourite sights. It’s a shame that the sight on the dmr requires req level 8.

1-Hybrid
2-Morph
3-Classic (BR)
4-Longshot
5-Recon
6-Sentinel
And longer distance scopes do increase scoped range but not hip fire range.
i prefer hybrid but use recon on dmr since i can get recon sight and kinetic bullets…really wish they would give kinetic bullets silencer etc to hybrid scopes
