what was your favourite halo HUD? If you don’t know what this is, it is basically the display over the first person view which holds ammo counter etc.
personally mine was reach, because of the sheilds and health. You could tell how much health you had under your shield a lot easier than any other halo… IMO. Only my opinion, also if you want to note your least favourite and give reasons, it would be appreciated!
Halo 4 cause it gives me impression to have all under control with an easy view. The worst it’s Halo ce … It’s completely misleading and often i prefer to swith it off with skulls

halo 4 I have mixed feelings about
as you cant see secondary weapon and the score in slayer is x10 so you cant get the snap realisation of score. I like the faint lines at top and bottom for helmet design though, as for ce I quite liked it, it had ammo at top right, layout I can kind of understand it being misleading… Sheilds and health I liked. The only complaint is that I cant see other grenades… I respect your choice though and can see where you are coming from
For me, it’d be Reach, ODST or Halo 5. I like being able to see my health, as well as my shield strength, and what second weapon I have holstered. Of all of them, I think ODST fits its game the most, and contributes the most to the atmosphere, but that’s not to say any of the mare bad.
Well in the Halo 4 campaign I liked the surrounding visor, made you feel like your actually wearing a helmet. As for HUD I liked Halo Reach/Halo 3/Halo 2. I didn’t like that you couldn’t see secondary weapon in Halo 4 though.

yeah that was pretty cool with NV and the map (its part of helmet I guess) and I like to see all the grenades at the top even if I don’t have them out. Speaking of grenades, Spartan strike has a nice array of them.
I got a lot of posts thanks guys… As I have said reach is amazing I have seen posts of symmetrical sheilds which I like, health and secondary, odst I have seen too, I liked it for different reasons and people saying halo 4 with the helmet feel I agree…
halo is amazing so is reach, I like reach. (not a fanboy… Pff)

halo 2 I liked as they moved the sheilds to above the motion sensor if I remember right. CE was nice as well. With the health of passengers showing, feels weird in multiplayer though xD
