I love the Library. The only level I’m not very fond of in the entire game is Keyes.
But for my favorite, it would probably be a 3-way tie between:
Halo
Silent Cartographer
Assault on the Control Room
THE PILLAR OF AUTUMN! I know that level like the back of my hand.
Definitely The Maw. The most epic ending in any game ever.

Fixed. 
AotCR was good but the combat was scattered and many of the battles were easy. Not to mention that there were too many opportunities to skip the level. Two Betrayals on the other hand had huge epic battles, notably the last 3 ground battles at Final Run and you had to fight most of the time.
Two Betrayals is the ultimate strategy orientated level and my new favorite!!

I first played Halo:CE when I was 8 years old (you can do the math on my age right there), and I distinctly remember playing the mission “343 Guilty Spark” and meeting the flood for the first time. I fell out of my chair and ran out of the room and for the next 2 years I refused to play Halo. Good times…

This map is by far the best! I used to love stealing the banshee and thinking i was such a rebel.
Always had a soft spot for the silent cartographer, the exploration, the big battle in the beginning. The eerie silence when descending and the mad chaos when you go back up.
Perfect.
