Since Infinite looks like it’s going to have an amazing campaign, it made me think back to all the amazing moments in the Halo Campaigns. With that in mind, what is your favourite campaign moment?
I’ll go first, By far my favourite moment is the Warthog run at the end of Halo 3, the music and the gameplay just make it awesome!
My favorite moment in the Halo campaign levels will be when Master Chief and Cortana explore Installation 04 for the very first time in Halo Combat Evolved.
Mine has got to be in Halo 4; the opening to Midnight, to be precise. Flying the Broadsword through the Didact’s ship combined with the music and the comm chatter makes for an awesome piece of gameplay. It’s just a shame the immersion is kind of ruined when I fail to misjudge the distance between objects and smash into something 
Oh man I crashed the Broadsword so many times on that level
Gotta go with the Warthog runs. Allthough I enjoy racing down everything and anything with the right music and atmosphere.
Running down the Guardian in Halo 5 was also a good memento.
For me, this section do usually involve a quick flight out of bounds without any immediat threats other than colliding with geometry.
When Chief gave the Covenant back their bomb. The dialogue, the tension, the bad-assness. Just perfect.
Probably Assault on the Control of Halo CE. That level is what really wowed me with Halo when I was younger.
I think my favourite is when you finally reach Truth with The Arbiter with the Flood by your side to stop him from firing the rings in this epic battle. Then Flood turns on you, and you have to fight your way through your once allies in a desperate escape attempt.
When a flamethrower wielding Arbiter comes to help the Chief on the flood infested High Charity on the mission Cortana in H3.
I beat H3 in one sitting a few days after it came out when I was a kid. All alone being chased through infectious meat halls by screeching space zombies at like 3am and getting killed over and over, then Cortana says “Ive got a friendly contact up ahead! Who would be crazy enough to come in here?” and then I see #1 space dino lighting up flood like candles. I was so relieved to see a friendly face, and its a super satisfying lore moment.
My favorite Halo campaign moment was doing the Warthog run on CE splitscreen with my brother!
Honestly don’t remember much of the campaigns cutscenes because I play on legendary and endure so much pain because of it. Although I do think when the achievement pops for beating the games on legendary solo is my favorite moment.

There are so many, but my top pick would be giving the Covenant back their bomb.
Any moment in Halo 2 could be considered my favorite moment. Although Kat getting no-scoped in Reach is an honorable mention.
