Has this been done before? I appologize if it has, but im curious.
Lets just say for the sake of it that Johnson and Master Chief arent options, since I assume they would be picked by many.
Out of all 4 of the spartan programs, who is your favorite spartan and why?
For my, its Jorge-052 aka Noble Five from Noble team/HALO: Reach.
I really enjoyed his character in the game, and thought he fit really well with the feel of the situation (prolly the only thing about HALO:Reach that I felt fit).
He was a big hulk of a guy that carried around a massive machine gun, but was sentimental as well. He loved Reach so much that he was willing to sacrifice himself without hesitation to save it, and he showed some true compassion to the civilian girl who they found in the comms relay. Sure his Spartan training could be used as to why he was so willing to sacrifice himself, but I think he would have made that choice even without it.
Jorge is one of my favorite characters from a video game that wasnt actually the main character.
Besides the obvious John-117, there’s a plethora of great Spartan’s to choose from.
Jorge and Kurt are both great Spartans, a credit to the type of soldier.
For me, I’d have to say Lucy. She’s got some interesting character, and I like the dynamic between her and Tom. The only two survivors from Beta Company.

Yeah. I don’t see how DeMarco ended up a squad leader. Like both Madsen and Thorne. Would rather see one of them lead Majestic. Hell, maybe Grant too…
As for my favorite SPARTAN? I’d have to go with Fred. He’s handy with a knife and I believe he’s pretty much on par with Chief. Pretty much one of the top S-IIs.
Since John isn’t an option, Frederic-104. He is the most well-rounded Spartan who is not amazing at one thing, just great at everything.
He purposely came in second place in everything because he didn’t want to deal with being the best.

Nah Madsen did, Thorne was just the badass who cleared the airspace.
I have to say one of my other favorites is Dante-G188 from the S III program.
Most badass thing ever: The guy got shot with a plasma bolt, and had 3 needler rounds explode in his chest, and he kept going long enough to say “Sir, I think I got nicked.”
