I decided to keep the list short. Anyhow, I’d have to say Romeo is my favorite. He’s got a lot of personality, and he gets the job done. I excluded characters such as Madsen and Hoya since they say next to nothing in spartan ops. I also exclude Locke, just because I wanted people to focus on these other Spartans, and not, basically, the top Spartan IV (Locke).

I say Buck. All the S-IV’s in the Halo 4 campaign were too cocky.
