Sometimes when I’m bored, I like to go into custom games and look at the incredible skyboxes Halo has to offer. My personal favorites are probably Snowbound and Reach’s Forge World, I love the scale, the light colors and especially the Halo ring.
So, what would you say is your favorite skybox, and why?
The Skybox on the Ark is pretty amazing with Milky Way in the sky and a blend of blue and purple colors. I’ve also always loved the skybox on the mission Halo in CE. Despite the relatively low level of detail, it still manages to beautifully show how the sunlight reflects from the faraway clouds.

I always like the ones on Reach, the glassing in the distances with surrounding snowy mountains.
I always liked exosphere on parallax and the skybox on the level forerunner in halo4
That one Reach one where the planet is being glassed in the background is one of my favorites. It was on a dlc map.
