Any of those five, personally. Depends on how I’m feeling.
Random vehicle: uncommon. The only req that lets you have a wraith at req level 3. And if I get a gungoose, that’s ok too.

Phaeton Helios.
Probably the Banshee Ultra. Its pretty much a free unfrig if you know how to use it.
Grinder, Whiplash, and Oni Hog.
Plascasters. I swear, that sticky 'nade is AWEsome!
Vorpal Talon with 3 speed boosts and thruster armor mod.

Heck, just stacking speed boosts. Most fun I’ve had.

Yes I think Oni warthogs are very underrated for a level 3 req. Those things can be practically unstoppable with a good driver.
