My personal favorite reach Spartan is Emile and I like him because he is very aggressive towards the covenant and has a cool visor.

I think my favourite has to be Noble Six. While little is known canonically about the character, he (or she) is the embodiment of the player, allowing us to essentially create our own character, our own back story.

It’s Noble Six for me.
Carter for sure.
Because of him I ended up changing my color scheme to Blue / Steel almost to “honor” him haha - lucky for me 11 years later and his scheme would be in Halo Infinite where I can re-create my Reach Spartan again.
I don’t really care about video game deaths a lot… but man “Carter out.” stayed with me.
