Yes they are but so are halo 2 beam rifles

I kind of adore the void’s tear. That weapon doesn’t get enough recognition for being OP imo. I think a lot of people mistake it for just another plasma pistol variant with more ammo/better range, when in reality it’s one of the most lethal guns in the game.
