After looking around the Sky Player video app on the marketplace (Where you can watch every film ever :p) I decided to ask you all what your favorite movies are? Like your top 5 countdown?
Hellboy
Alien vs Predator (1. 2 can burn)
Hot Fuzz
Hellboy II: The Golden Army
Lord of the Rings (It was meant to be one book, so I class it as one film!)
What’s yours? I think I’m going to go start up Sky player on my XBOX and have a movie marathon.
Honorable Mentions
LOTR, Star Wars, Jurassic Park (first movie), Summer Wars, Sword and the Stranger, Inception, Harry Potter, Book of Eli, Boondock Saints.
Other mentionables:
Princess Mononoke, Good Will Hunting, Star Wars, The Last Samurai, The Bucket List, The Shawshank Redemption, Rudy, Braveheart, 300, Coach Carter, Forrest Gump.
EDIT: I completely forgot one: Blood of Heroes. Post-apocalyptic football FTW!
Favourites:Law Abiding Citizen, Inception, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, 28 Days Later, Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Iron man movies, Spider Man movies, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Underworld, Alice in Wonderland, The Punisher, Thor, A Secret Window, Fight Club, Dawn of the Dead, Crank 2 and so many more. That’s way more than 5 but I can’t choose. x.x I know i’m forgetting a ton of movies too.
EDIT:Can’t believe I forgot Hunger Games and X-men and Lotr. I also really enjoyed the Harry Potter movies to be honest…and so many more. I’ll stop now because this is already like…15 movies.xD
The LOTOR trilogy. The rare occurence that the movies are better than the books! Yes i’ve read the books too, my willpower was tested but it got me through Saturday school
The first Matrix movie. The other two lost me lol
The first X-men movie (the Hugh Jackman one though X2 wasn’t so bad. 3 >.< ruined it)
X-men first class. Movie oozed style, acting was more than solid and it was an overall fun movie to watch.
Hunger Games. I committed the sin of not reading the book but the movie was highly entertaining and respected the source material (so i’ve heard). Since i didn’t follow it, having Donald Sutherland as the President was a surprise to me.
Runner ups:
Fox and Hound <3
Oliver and Company (again <3)
8 Final Fantasy 7 Advent Children. I was so excited when they released information on this on an old GI article so i loved FF 7. Though the story took a while to pick up and was slow, the later acts are much more impressive and the CGI was great too. I can’t find the complete version anywhere, the one with the new scenes. Bonus features were also good.

It was pretty true to the book. Some differences and had you read the book you would have understood some of the details but overall, I really enjoyed it.
I’m not a big movie person so I’m having a hard time thinking of 5 movies to list. :S
