If you were a spartan and had to wear one helmet, Between Halo Reach, 3, 4, and 5:Guardians, which helmet Would you rock?
Mine would have to be the Mark 5(B) which is the one Noble 6 wears. I know it looks generic cuz it’s the default helmet of Halo Reach but I can’t help but get this “Legendary” feeling whenever I see a picture of Noble 6 rocking that helmet in his Dark Gray armor.
At this point, I am torn between Mark V and Security.
Mark V will forever just be cool as hell to me. One of the first thoughts I had when a friend showed me Halo 1 for the first time back in 2003 was “damn that is a cool -Yoink- helmet”.
Security has interesting origins, both in universe and out of universe. It’s one of only two MJOLNIR helmets constructed by Misriah on Mars, the UNSC’s primary weapons manufacturer. That connection to Mars is actually one of several explicit connections the helmet has to Bungie’s Marathon series. The general visor design is incredibly similar to Marathon’s main character’s helmet, and in Halo 3, it has the literal Marathon logo on it. I never played the Marathon series until the second game in the series got released on XBLA back in 2007. Since then I have played through the trilogy a number of times and it has become one of my all time favorites.

Oh hell yeah. Mark v is beautiful. Not a fan of how it looks in halo ce but the halo 3 and Reach version are sweet and just gives halo that “future militaristic” look without looking to sci-fi
hayabusa, recon, and Mark VI
Halo 3 Recon cause memories <3
Mark V, I’d have to say either the CE version or the Reach version.
Hayabusa because of getting all those original achievements!
In real life? Probably the EVA helmet for unrestricted vision. Something that is very important in a real fight. And often overlooked in video games.

I remember grinding the vidmaster achievements to get it!
my favorite helmet, even including other games, movies, and real life, is without a doubt the haunted helmet from Halo Reach. that has to be the most iconic piece of armor in the halo series, besides Master chief’s helmet of course.
most favourite would have to be hayabusa at least for halo 3 as it was just a cool thing to look at and have, and if someone else had it and was chasing you with it, it just made more scarier to see it, next up would be Mark V such a beautiful helmet to see and have in the game, its classic but still a great helmet to this day, third on the list has to be ODST helmet for its design and to be honested i fell in love with it in Halo 3 ODST
I choose rouge, i like the look of the design plus the helm has a decent amount of visor to it. Orginaly i was gona say eod, it just feels practical to me.
It comes down to either the Mark V or Mark V . Both such good looking helmets. They look futuristic, but still human made, unlike the newer Halo 5 helmets.
Mark VI, the unbeatable and iconic masterpiece (of course, my opinion).

Realtalk though I have a crush on the Security helmet, not gonna lie. I love it in Halo 3 and love it even more in Halo 5. It’s just amazing.
Personal favorite is probably Hayabusa, but I really like Security and Recon. Security for personal reasons, Recon for obvious reasons.
