What is your favorite halo game and why?
I mostly stick to playing the most recent main game, but sometimes I go back and play Halo Reach for split-screen and old time’s sake. I’m still enjoying Halo 5 because I have a big enough req collection to call in the best vehicle for each round in firefight. If that wasn’t the case, I don’t think I would be enjoying it nearly as much. So I guess you could say my current “favorite” (i.e. most played) is Halo 5, which will most likely change when Halo 6 is out, but Halo Reach will always have a special place in my heart because it was my first Halo game.
Halo 3, nostalgia is a big part of it, to be honest. That and the game’s forge and custom games changed the way I played Halo and what I did in the game for countless hours.
Halo 2 is my all-time favorite. Halo sold me on buying an Xbox, but Halo 2 introduced me to MP and have been in love ever since 
Halo 4. definitely.
It has such a good storyline, with a strong focus on Cortana and John (and as others know from my previous posts, I love shipping Cortana and John). It also has my favorite designs for spartans. They’re really skinny, and creepy, and look really alien.
also, I like John having an actual personality.
Halo 3 for multiplayer, halo 2 for campaign
Personally I enjoyed Halo Reach the most and loved it, but I still love and get that nostalgic feel with Halo 3 all the time.
Halo 2, 3, and Reach are my favorite halos.
