Thel as the Arbiter and Ripa as the Arbiter, Rtas Vadum and Forge are all my favorites. Emile was pretty awesome as well. And you can’t forget Johnson. “Oh I know what the ladies like.”

He is by far, the greatest Halo character I have come across. He has been fleshed out (thanks to Halo:Contact Harvest) and is there to support his troops. He is an excellent sniper, and is a SPARTAN (Orion Project), he’s also pretty damn hilarious, which score more points in my book. He’s a legend and he died a heroes death.
