This applies not just to Halo, but to any game in general. Mine would definitely be “Make me understand” from Serious Sam 4 as I really am into heavy rock and metal and the song is also about avenging a friend.
As far as Halo boss fight themes are concerned, my favorite would be the one of Tartarus from Halo 2

Ooh, this is so difficult! Even though I’ve probably played less games than most I still have many options…I can’t call a favourite, so I’ll just choose one I really like. Saturos’ Battle Theme from Golden Sun, a RPG game for the Gameboy Advance.
Although Halo has a few bosses, Regret doesn’t have a boss theme (yes, I consider him a boss), and the themes that play during the other boss battles aren’t really noticeable because they are so quiet, so not much choices there. I think that would be because Halo’s boss themes aren’t made out as such, so to speak.
It gotta be some Castlevania boss battle for me. I remember getting nervous everytime I entered the Boss room, the door sealed behind me and the music started you know
you’re in trouble.
As for Halo, the Warden Eternal song “Cavalier” feels very much like a boss battle song and I love it.
