Fiesta, Halo Reach. Best thing ever
I love most customs
Castle wars ctf. The maps they make are epic and usually very balanced and legit for being all community created. Plus who doesn’t love a lil sword fight now and then.
Nascar, Alien, Banshee Attack, Cops n’ Robbers, Ghost Busters, Get Out Of My House, Run from Barney, Fat Kid, Indiana Jones, Warthog Derby, and Duck Hunt. All from Halo Reach customs. 
Basically anything with transport falcons, love piloting a full transport to a drop point especially Halo reach Vietnam customs (all of them except the nose gun only falcon custom when infected get rockets and snipers)
(Halo 5) Fat kid, castle wars (most of them),any scary games.
Custom invasion, Joe Biden V3, escape from the Death Star v2, and castle wars
I always really enjoy playing Speed halo in Halo Reach, Always get some good laughs out of that

There was once a tournament custom in H3 that I have the absolute best memories with, I know there are plenty of tournament maps but I swear I have never seen this one since '09. Players would spawn in with random weapons in secluded narrow hallways to 1v1 each other and then after delay a grav lift would spawn to lift you to face the next opponent who won their previous fight as well until eventually you were lifted to the top of the structure to 1v1 the other last remaining person. I always thought it was fun because winning with an unfavorable gun matchup felt so nice and rewarding and you could take the enemies weapon that you beat. I am very particular about this map… I miss it so much. I have tried so many tournament maps hoping to find it in MCC, but never did.
Also honorable mention goes to ghostbusters back when it was actually hard to see camo
Capture the Flag is always a classic for me. I remember when I first went on Halo CE multiplayer back when I was younger and playing that in Blood Gulch was so much fun. I think if I had to choose a favourite it would probably be BTB, especially with friends. Gearing up in a Warthog together, driving into the fray and the chaos ensuing never gets old.
I could play Lava Pit, Bumper Cars, Duck Hunt, Jenga, and Toilet all day
Zombies on H2 and Protect the president on H2. Only OGs will remember the President game

The same as you in h5, but I have bad experiences with that small community xd
Dunk Hunt for sure. Assassinations are essentially a social arena which I cannot stand. I don’t play Halo 5 though so I guess this isn’t as big of an issue on MCC.
