It doesn’t have to even be the armor your equipped with; it can be just any armor per game.
I am one of those people who likes having the same armor in each game. I have ODST in every game except of course for CE, 2, and 4. And while I do personally like ODST a lot (especially my combination in Reach), I also like…
Halo 2 Anniversary: Hoplite; I dunno, its just cool lookin’.
Halo 3: I can’t decide between Recon, just because of its particular look compared to the other Halos and its uniqueness during its time; or Hayabusa, mainly because of its overall awesome look (especially with Katana), and being only in 3 makes it a very memorable armor.
Halo 4: Fotus; I like to Promethean look to its as well as the origins of its name.
Halo 5 Guardians: Helioskrill; because of its grand resemblance to the original Arbiter’s armor.
I like Mark V for CE,Hopelite for Halo2 Anniversary and Recon for Halo3,even f I never used them for Multiplayer. In Halo Reach I preffered the Hazop armor.
In Halo4 and 5, the AirAssault Armor is my to go armor.
I wear pretty much anything that looks good, I’m always changing my outfit when I play Halo. That said, ever since Halo 4, I’ve been partial to that Locus helmet. It looks so weird and cool. I just wish it didn’t have all that white paint in Halo 5
I was a fan of Operator in Reach. When 4 came out I swapped to Venator cause it was pointy. Now I wear GEN 1 Operator and whatever chest I feel like, though its a mix of Venator, Buccaneer, or Achillies.
Im just waiting for a GEN 2 SPI variant.
Nothing will beat the classic style of the Mark series, but two of my favorites were the Security variants throughout all the games and Jorge’s huge armor.
ODST is my all around fave. But I also really love the rouge helmet from halo 3 and the gungnir helmet from reach. (Both helmets returned kinda ugly since halo 4 imo)

Yeah, I though Gungnir was okay in 4, it at least looked more like Reach’s, but 4’s Rogue didn’t resemble 3’s at all.

Ya there’s no reason for that helmet to be named rogue. Not even close.

Just keep saving up req points, you’ll get there
Advice: (if you already know this method then cool, but if not then here) keep buying Silver Packs until you get all of the Common-Rare Reqs, then all you’ll have left is Ultra Rare-Mythic Reqs to get with Gold Packs.

If you want a decent SPI set, try putting on EVA GEN1 / Security GEN1 as a starting point. While SPI borrows many elements from EVA, Security GEN1 seems much closer in overall shape, size, and visor in my opinion.
But for some strange reason, I get a weird chipmunk vibe looking at the Security GEN1 helmet. The tiny “nose” on the front and the cheeks don’t help much either.

Same here. That little “nose” is on more than one Reach helmet (CQC, Hazop, etc.) and it always bothered me. It’s the only thing stopping me from really liking that Mark V(B) helmet

For the longest time I had always enjoyed Scout; while I didn’t like the helmet so much in 3 I loved the body armor, and its the other way around in 4 and 5.
