I didn’t see a topic like this so I figured I should ask.
Whats your favorite armor type in Halo?
Is it the Classic Mark Series or is it something new?
What do you think about the Elite armor? (I would say their species name but…can’t think of it right now.)
Honestly, I like the classics.
Spartan: Master Chief’s armor in Halo 2/3
Elite/Sanghelli: Halo CE-3 armor, though I enjoy the little details in the H3 version. Anything that makes the Elites look bulbous and clunky just doesn’t look right. The sleek look is my favorite for them. 
Spartan: Helioskrill
Sangheili: Commando
Spartan is halo 3 security armor, sangheli is the asthetic armor also from halo 3.
My fave for Spartans is still the original Mark IV. Which 343 completely butchered when they brought it to Halo 5. (Not that I’ll ever get it anyway.) I love the superhero look of the big square pectoral plates and wide shoulders, LOL.
I don’t know the names of all the Sangheili armors but in general I like the Elites’ appearance from H2A the best.
Spartans: JFO from Reach or EVA from 3
Elites: Ultra from Reach.
My favorite Elite armor was Ranger from Reach and my favorite Spartan armor is the one from Halo Wars.
My personal favorite Spartan armor from Halo 3 would be the OG Scout armor set.
And for Elite armor it would be the Ultra/ Field Marshall sets from Halo Reach.
Spartan: Vigilant
Elite: Ranger or Officer.
