Hey everyone! By now we’ve all seen the video of the Grunt Riding a Crawler in WZ Fire Fight “Easter Egg.” Not gonna lie, it didn’t really do much for me. I didn’t really see the significance of it. But it DID make me think of the long history of Easter Eggs in Halo. My favorite is the “Linda cryo monitor” on Pillar of Autumn in Halo CE Anniversary. But I’m curious to think what some of you consider to be your favorite Easter Eggs?
Mine would be Club Errera from Halo Reach, the Password Marine from Halo 3, or the various RvB references in Halo 4’s Spartan Ops.
Club Errera from Halo Reach is definitely a good one! Made that power generator a bit easier to destroy! 
My favorite reference is Buck’s line during the beginning of the game, “Look at the size of that thing!”, Which is a reference to Wedge Antilles from Star wars A New Hope. I also kinda like the numerous references to Firefly in halo even though I never watched the movie or show.
I really liked the CE Legendary ending. I also really like the Club Errara one from Reach and the golden grenade one from Halo 4.

I wish we all could have images on this forum.
However, I haven’t seen that eastern egg before. Thanks for the GIF to explain it to us in a better way than words.

Those are actually my favorite Halo 4 eastern eggs. It’s also a proof that RvB isn’t a myth. I can’t imagine how much fun it must be for the crew on infinity to communicate with the Spartan on the field.

My write-up was quickly banged out at like 1am. I was hoping for a bit more time to sleep and do a better job but I did what I could. 
No one hasn’t said the scarab gun? That was hard to get, but so rewarding and especially fun if you played with it on co-op. Double the fun with Cowbell on!

My enjoyment (or lack thereof) of the result shouldn’t be taken to also discount the time and effort that was put into finding it. You guys worked hard and were rightly rewarded for it. That can’t be taken away.
I would have to say either seeing Master Chief in Reach or the RvB references in H3 and H4 Spartan Ops
