Personally mine is a tie between thruster pack and camo. TP because i love mobility (also fun to thrust behind someone for that flashy back smack.)
Camo because sometimes i like to play stealthy. Like scouting for my team or getting the drop on the flag carrier. Or sniping moving and sniping some more.

but if i had to say one, in Reach it used to be Camo but sense it is OP in this game i dont like to use it as much, no red dots on radar Only blue, i use to help my team with the radar jammer. plus sometimes the dots dont come up at all. plus in reach you had to sacrifice sprinting for it.
i really like the idea of the auto sentry, and i like to use it, i just wish it was a little bit better. like shot faster, it would be balanced by the fact the more it shoots, the faster it goes a way.
then there is the Regen field. love that thing, good for you AND your team if you use it in team games.
also been using the Default AR/magnum loadout with the HLS, the HLS is really fun to use sometimes too, just so many times people have meleed past it when they are clearly in front of me.
I did wish sprint was still an armor ability. That way you had to really make a decision of what you really wanted.
I haven’t really been able to use AA’s because my controller only works half the time. But I like the jump pack (it’s not a jet pack anymore). Helps to get around the map faster.
Also the hard light shield. I’ve had some great moments with it like boxing myself into a corner to save a teammate when I was stuck with a plasma grenade.
I have a problem with camo campers that call themselves snipers. A sniper is mobile, you don’t know where they are because the shots are coming from so many directions, not because they are cloaked in the middle or on top of the map. A sniper doesn’t need camo in Halo because you’re supposed to be a super soldier, not someone who waits for an hour to take out a political leader with one shot.
They are quiet a bit easier to see after playing Crysis 2 though, so it’s okay.
Regen field. Arguably the best team oriented AA in the game, I absolutely love it :3
Right now I mostly use the thruster pack. It does save me occasionally and throws people off guard sometimes but I think it needs to be buffed up a little.

I’ve stopped using them recently, and I’ve felt no pull to go back.
Regen Field by far for me.
I’m a Team Player and overall well-rounded skilled player that just prefers Support as my main role.
Camo AA has a close second(Rarely use it anyway) for me but I only use it in FFA to duck out of big mob-like fights.

Says you. I think they have a place in it. They just need to get rid of the crappy ones and reserve them for Campaign, Customs, and SOps/FF. (Jetpack, Camo, PV, and Armor Lock)
On topic my favorite is the Thruster Pack.
In reach I used sprint. In 4 I usually don’t use whatever I have equipped.
I don’t really use mine that often, as I’m usually too engrossed in fighting and forget i have one, but camo and thruster pack are for me.
I mainly use Promethean vision. I like how you have a better view of things with it. Besides, I don’t sit still long enough in games to use half of the other armor abilities.
My favorite is the Hardlight sheild,it blocks bullet fire and allows me to distract my enenmies while my teammates sneak up behind and finish the job.
in customgames I enjoy using the thruster pack,youchange the speed and the jump height Gundum style battles anybody?
Hologram great for making escapes and luring out campers behind corners with power weapons
Campaign: without a doubt Autosentry. That thing helped a ton on Legendary.
MM: I’m a fan of the Hardlight Shield. Deflects tank shots. Nuff said.
