Title says it all.
Mine is the very beginning cutscene, from beginning of the game to when Chief walks up to Cortana and yanks her from the stool, probably due to the anticipation 343i/Bungie gave us for so long and I now consider it Nostalgia.

The Didact’s intro speech was pretty bad-Yoink…
I listen to the Didact’s first dialogue everytime, even if it pretty much villian’s “talk and don’t do anything” stuff.
The ending is also a powerful scene. Good application of music during it, impressive CGI and then the Didact’s speech just make it one of my favorite moments in the franchise.
The scene where the staff on Ivanoff Station get Composed. Just so sad to see them go from skin, to muscle to bone to ash and Chief fail so badly. I know some actually made it off the station, but Jesus…so visceral.
The scene where John stands up to Del Rio and refuses to give Cortana to him.

damn, that was intense seeing them both eye-in-eye.
The Didact’s Awakening.
The millenial seal broken, the silence and awe as the Didact lowers out of his Cryptum, and the shocking reveal of his face, showing truly just how broken this ancient warrior is. And his speech was insanely awesome.
When you meet the Librarian
I really liked the scene at the end of the game where Master Chief is talking to Lasky. I also liked the in-game conversation between Chief and Cortana towards the end of Composer where Chief is trying to calm Cortana down so he can get the information about Dr. Tillson.
Epilogue.
The Didact’s epic speech. The amazing, powerful music. Master Chief showing his emotions (clenching his fist). Master Chief towering over the other Spartan IVs who seem to revere him. Finally taking the armor off, which is incredibly symbolic. And the ending note - musically and speechwise - left me breathless the first time.
And not to be cheap, but seeing part of the face helps as well.

This is one of the big stand-out scenes of the game for me, among others.
So awesome watching John keep his composure and stay calm while Del Rio is getting increasingly angry.
