He played a pretty important role in Second Sunrise Over New Mombasa, acting as a propaganda officer for ONI and translating a piece of Covenant chatter talking about the Ark. Last I saw of his was handing his laptop holding the transmission to a little girl fleeing the city on the last boat out of the city and overseeing the chaos play out on a monitor. I understand he’s a minor characater in the grand scheme of things, but I would like to know what happens. He’s probably dead all things considered.
Sounds like he was trapped in the city. If that’s the case he’s probably dead, unless ONI had a contingency escape plan.
