Hey guys new post again! After we all got a look at the infinite gameplay, does it seem like maybe Atriox might be dead or at least MIA? In the first teaser, the banished comm spoke about Atriox saying they were his legacy, as if he isn’t with them anymore. Furthermore, that happens in this trailer again with the way this brute sorta speaks about Atriox in the final moments of it. As well, they’re seeming to abandon Atriox’s original ideals where he didn’t want to die for a cause he didn’t believe in as shown when a brute threw a grunt saying “Die for the banished” which clashes with that. It seems like this new guy might be running the show while Atriox is either dead or MIA. Thoughts anyone?
Atriox is probably declared mia after being trapped on the ark by the spirit of fire and red team. Though obviously we can’t know for certain. I doubt they’d kill him off like that though. My bet is he’ll show up again eventually as well as the spirit of fire.

Yeah that’s what I was hoping for, number one wish is to see a reunion of Jerome and the Chief!

It definitely might not be in infinite but i believe it’ll happen

Grunts have always died for the banished. I think every banished leader in HW2 can create suicide grunt squads whose sole purpose is to wipe out infantry units. Atriox himself has no qualms using grunts as explosive canon fodder.
It’s unsure. There is a lot of “unknown” happening with this trailer. UNSC Infinity is also “deceased” according to the holograms Chief is looking at. We have a lot to still figure out…hopefully soon!
