Every time I try to load a matchmaking game, just as the game starts I get an error message that says “Fatal error!” Verified game cache and got nothing bad, don’t want to reinstall because that would take me 2-3 hours. Any takers on how to fix? Thx 
Yep I got the same thing it sucks, I can load cut scenes but I can’t load the campaign mission or get into the multiplayer

We have submitted support tickets, and commented in threads. No response on the support tickets and you locked the last thread.
I am having this issue also. I have posted in the forums and submitted a ticket and there is a deafening silence. Customer support from this company is apparently an afterthought or they are actively avoiding engaging with paying customers with game breaking issues that we spent our money on.
